Tomaria Construction subsidiary of Westlake Corporation Pty Ltd consisting of Trendsetter Homes & Select living which was established August 1997. The company was initially started by Sam Agostino in partnership. By acquiring the combined skills of each founding partner. Tomaria Construction has been formulated to be a separate entity in moving the business forward with a clear alignment with it’s commercial partners.

As Director of Construction, Darren holds the overall responsibility of ensuring all projects engaged are managed in an efficient and timely manner whilst also ensuring the highest quality end product has been achieved meeting all Client and associated stakeholder expectations.

On completion of High School, Darren Alexander commenced within the Construction industry as a Bricklaying Apprentice in 1983, over the next 16 years evolved from a single ‘Sole Trader’ to managing large Commercial Grade Trade Construction Teams as the Managing Director.

As a result of personal corporate growth transitioned into Site Management starting with Single Story Residential Properties and over the following 25 years moved from Area Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager, State Construction Manager to Director of Construction undertaking and managing ‘end to end’ (Feasibility to Purchasing Client) strategic planning and delivery of large projects in excess of $100m (AUD) in the following area:

Mid / High Rise Mixed Use

Mid / High Rise Short Stay / Hotel
