Tomaria & Reside have successfully executed an agreement under ECI process with a well-established Victorian and QLD SDA / NDIS developer to bring high support disability care to Stirling. This dwelling will comprise of 15 SDA-High Physical Support Participants with 2x Professional Carer.

This could only be achieved by the open and transparent communication with the client and industry experts and collaboration with all parties. The team at Tomaria & Reside faced challenges that required unique, design solutions for individual requirements for the development ‘fit for purpose’ for the participants and exceed compliance specifications, one of the main key requirements was to achieve a long-term beneficial outcome.

With the Professional & hardworking team at Tomaria & Reside we have been able to make our client feel totally comfortable in all aspects from initial concept to feasibility, acquisition and return on investment.

Construction of the project will be built on land size 880sqm comprises of 7 levels with an estimated cost $10,500,000.
